How and how often do you ship the orders?
Orders are shipped on a daily basis from our headquarters at Lille Galleri in Oslo. Shipments inside Norway are free and shipped with Postens Norgespakke and estimated delivery is 2-5 days.
International shipments are shipped by UPS. You can find detailed information about shipping in our Terms & Conditions section.
Who is behind the Camilla Prytz Shop?
The Camilla Prytz Shop is run by Camilla Prytz herself in cooperation with Anne Brit Øverås at the gallery Lille Galleri in Oslo. Anne Brit Øverås and Lille Galleri handles all shipments and the day-to-day customer service for Camilla Prytz Shop. Camilla Prytz and Anne Brit Øverås has been working together since 2007, so Lille Galleri has been handling both mailorder and commission sales for Camilla Prytz with a great success and stability for several years already.
My jewelry was destroyed during shipping, what do I do?
